Are you jealous? If you do, well I want you to read this article from WikiHow.

Many people feel jealous from time to time. Jealousy is easy to deal with, once you understand what it's teaching you. Here are some pointers on working through your emotions and feelings of jealousy. The Five steps to handle Jealousy from WikiHow;
  1. Understand the emotions. Jealousy is a combination of fear and anger: fear of losing something and anger that someone is "moving in on" something that you feel belongs only to you.
  2. Allow yourself to actually 'feel' emotions in a healthy way. When you start feeling jealous, ask yourself: Is it more fear-based or more anger-based? Recognize which part of your body is being affected. If you feel a dropping or clutching sensation in your stomach, it’s probably fear. If you feel a burning, tight sensation in your shoulders and jaw, then you’re likely feeling anger. You might also feel a combination of those sensations.
  3. Communicate your feelings. Sharing your true feelings with someone without blaming them can create a deep sense of connection between the two of you and open up a dialogue about the path of your relationship. Use "I" instead of "you." Instead of saying, "You shouldn't have done that," say, "I felt terrible when that happened."
  4. Identify what your jealousy is teaching you. Jealousy can alert you to what you want and what is important to you. If you’re jealous of someone talking to a friend of yours, personal relationships may be important to you. If you’re jealous about money, you may have an underlying need for security or freedom. Ask yourself, "Why am I jealous over this? What is making me jealous? What am I trying to keep? Why do I feel threatened?" When you begin to understand what makes you jealous, you can begin to take positive steps to maintain those things, without the cloud of negative emotion that accompanies jealousy.
  5. Change any false beliefs that might cause jealousy. There are often false beliefs that underlie jealousy and fuel emotion. If you examine the belief, you can often eliminate the jealousy. Some common underlying beliefs are “Everyone is out to get my money” or “If this person leaves me, I won't have any friends.” Beliefs are changeable. If you change your belief, you change the way you feel. Choose to tell yourself a belief that is nurturing and supportive, and you’ll feel better. When you begin taking steps to creating a happy and fulfilling life for yourself, you will find the anger, the jealousy, and the fear will disappear. Don't listen to people who make you jealous.

The other day I recieved a phone call from a very good friend of mine Janice who lives in Austraila. I was surprised to hear from her since I hadn't seen her since college. Janice began to tell me a very saddening story about her aunts husband passing. I asked her if her aunt had insurance to help her. She said that her aunt and uncle didn't purchase any and that her aunt was hurting financially. With the cost of the funeral and loss of income she didn't know what she was going to do.

While consulting Janice I ask her if she had insurance coverage in case of a sudden life change and she said no. I was surprised and offered to help her find coverage. We searched the internet and found Guardian Insurance. We found that they offered great accident and illness insurance. We spoke to one of their consultants and got a plan that they tailored to her needs. It was great, the policy was flexible and easy to understand. They even had a cheap funeral insurance she liked.

Only one thing remained and that was getting affordable life insurance. Guardian was able to fit Janice with a great policy. I felt so much better for my friend knowing she would not have to worry about her future. Her family is well taken care of thanks to Guardian Insurance.

If you or someone you know has lost a love one with no insurance. Seek insurance protection now, so you will have peace of mind.Don't leave your family with nothing, insuring yourself is best act of love for them.

I like to travel around alot in my Toyota-corolla 2001. I have been many different places in Canada and the United States. I have been out to the Colorado mountains, Yellow stone park was another of my favorites. Niagra Falls was really special for my hubby and the kids. We have many fond memories traveling together as a family. Of course, all cars break down once in a while unexpectantly. While traveling through Illinois my Toyota Corolla broke down. Water and steam poured from underneath the hood. Not being familiar with the Chicago area, we were uncertain where to take the car. So we made it to a hotel where we checked in. Thankfully they had free wi-fi and we were able to go online and reseach the area for a reputable repair shop. So we typed in Chicago auto repair and found a web site Repairpal.com listing many shops, including foreign car repair. So we took out Toyota Corolla there and they told us that we needed a water pump replacement. They also told me they could have it fixed that same day since the water pump for a 2001 was in stock. What a surprise, we were back on our way that afternoon! So when your traveling through Chicago and need auto service, check out the Chicago auto repair shops and mechanics.

"WHAT'S A CLOTHES SWAP?"

This is a totally FREE event, with NO obligation to bring anything or take anything. It's called a "swap"
because so many people bring clothes they no longer need, and take what they DO want.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

At home, sort and fold CLEAN clothes (clothes you wouldn't mind putting on your family to go out in public) by size into
boxes or bags. THEN, when you get to the swap, sort the clothes by size onto marked tables. Next comes the fun part.
Go to the tables with the size clothes you are looking for, and take what you need. Free of charge. No strings attached.
The organization will provide the bags for that day. One bag per family! This is the only way to keep the swap fair. We will have extra bags that we will provide for a $1 donation per adult.

Some families are looking to clean out the clothes they no longer use, and they bring boxes of clothes in, sometimes leaving with just one or two "special" things. Other families are really in need of clothes, and come with little or nothing, but leave with a bag of clothes. Others bring what they took last season, for another family to take this time, and bring home another season's worth themselves to start the process again.

THIS IS FOR INDIVIDUALS ONLY ... NO charities, shelters, or resale.

HOW CAN YOU PARTICIPATE?

Look for clothes you might like to bring. Wash, fold, and sort them by size. Then call all your friends and family and ask them to do the same ... and come alone or as a group to the swap! Clothes swapping are even more fun when you can share your great finds with friends.

WHAT SIZES?
All sizes of baby, kids, and adult clothing (including coats, shoes, and accessories). VERY lightly stained clothes are OK as some people don't mind these for work or play, or are talented at removing stains. However, all clothing MUST BE CLEAN, NO TEARS. Fabric and baby accessories are welcome.

WHEN IS DROP OFF?
Anyone dropping off clothing the day before the swap will receive a ticket to gain first access to the swap, between 10-11AM.
Tuesday, August 17, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. You can also call to make other arrangements for drop-offs prior to the swap

PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons. All children must be supervised.

My daughter Riona is 5 years old and she's attending preschool 2009-2010 class at Taylor. This week, the school will be over. On thursday, it's her Graduation Day. The teachers and the rest of her classmates will celebrate it at the Masonic Park. Right now, I am looking for a beautiful dress and sandal somewhere in the Mall for her to wear. Anyway, teacher Leslie handed over to me my daughter's portpolio and journal last week. When I opened it, I was overwhelmed with happiness because I saw all her works like painting, writings, drawings, some cutting activities and her pictures in school. It's so amazing and super cute. I'm speechless with joy seeing my daughter's improvement in school. I am planning to keep it as a souvenir so when she grows up she can see her first year of school. It's wonderful memories. I was thinking to put it all on a Free Website. So I can add more designs and decorate it the way I want. I like the idea that I have 2 copies, the hard copy and on the web. So whatever happens to the hard copy I still have back up on the web. I think I am going to use the Wix Flash website builder. It's free and I can create unlimited design.
