I just want to give this entire space to my friend Demcy, to thank her for teaching me how to use blogs. To show my gratitude for introducing me to the world of blogging. I knew this stuff before, I’m aware some people do it for living and past time, but I wasn’t ready for this and I think I don’t have the guts to write blogs. The fact that I’m not fluent and grammatically correct in the English language. In short, I’m afraid that readers might not appreciate my writing. Before, I thought the notion of blogging was kind of boring, perhaps it’s good only for a genius or book minded person, but I was wrong. I found it interesting, like writing a diary on my everyday life, thoughts, experiences, reactions and swing moods in a different way. It’s quite entertaining also when I read other attractive blogs. I learned how to customize my profile and put some accessories to make it more appealing to readers. Once again, thank you Demcy for being nice. I hope you’ll get all the things you desire. Anyway, you can visit her site at http://demcyapdiandias.blogspot.com. Check her writings and enjoy reading.

My friend Peachy invited me over to her son’s birthday party at Mongolian Buffet Restaurant located at 12 Mile, Ryan Road. The party was awesome, there were a lot of visitors and children. My little princess enjoyed playing with other kids especially when “Thomas The Train” came over. You can see the excitement on children’s faces. They were happy and having fun dancing with Thomas. They received balloons and party favors. My hubby was too busy with the food on his plate. He was amazed how many Filipinos there. The Chinese restaurant had a variety of Asian foods, it’s yummy. I like their buffet style, I can put an unlimited amount of food on my plate. Then if I’m not yet stuffed I can go back and get some more. It’s like to eat all you can, that was great!

We went to Nino’s Salvaggio, it’s an Italian market located at 10 Mile, Harper Ave. St Clair Shore. We bought some fruits, veggies, meat, and other stuff. It’s a nice market, you can pick fresh fruits and vegetables. They do have variety of breads, I was stunned how big their breads were. You’re going to like it for sure. This is the new market that we have visited. We usually shop at Manzella’s market, another Italian store for fruits and veggies. They have big place with lots of groceries in the store, located at 13 Mile, Harper Avenue. It’s a nice place too! We just want to visit other markets near our place. We don’t want to stick to one place to buy groceries. It’s good to know where to find a better place to buy stuff.

I met one of my fellow Filipina, who owns a charity school, Crystal Spring International-USA, located in Mindanao, Philippines. Her name is Edith Hendrick from Bukidnon, Mindanao. I was impressed with her ability to put up an elementary and high school, it’s a tough job, though she’s aware of intense responsibility. I admired her for the success of the school. She has even gone to some impoverished countries to join in a medical mission and offer her public service. She’s just a little Filipina woman, but she has big heart and a goal for the children in our country. This morning, I went to my friend to help her packed the clothes, books, eye glasses, etc., that will be sent to the school. Those donations are from the Thrift Store, who wants to donate and help orphaned children in my country. It was overwhelming knowing there are still people who want to give and share blessings to others without having a doubt, or second thought. How I wish, after 3 or 4 years, I can do same public service in Samar province and Paranaque city, my home towns. I hope I am able to have a medical mission or offer public service. Well, in God’s will, I know nothing is impossible, perhaps someday this dream will come true.

I don't understand myself this past few days, why I'm having a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. Perhaps i think a lot, for some reason, my mind was too busy thinking many things. Would you believe that I'm still awake around one or two o' clock in the morning. Then, everyday i woke up early around four o' clock to prepare my husband breakfast. I like to do it, I wanna make sure my husband have a wonderful day at work. Anyway, i just wanna try this tips to maximize my chances of getting a good night's sleep. You can do it also if you're having trouble sleeping and try it for yourself. First, eat healthy, avoid large meals especially before bedtime. Secondly, maintain normal weight. If a woman with OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea), a sleep disorder, is overweight or obese, losing weight may improve sleep. Thirdly, avoid nicotine, caffeine, and alcohol especially shortly before bedtime. Then, dress in lightweight clothes to improve sleep efficiency. Avoid heavy blankets and consider using a fan or air conditioner to increase circulation. Finally, reduce stress and worry as much as possible. Try relaxation techniques, massage and exercise. I hope this tips work out with me and my body will cooperate. Wish me luck, guys!
